At Aelfric Eden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
